Warranty Policy

Coverage and Term

All products manufactured by Power Manufacturing are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our plant. This warranty is applicable solely to products as shipped.

Warranty Claims and Remedies

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Power Manufacturing must be notified. Upon confirmation of the defect, at our discretion, the defective product will either be repaired or replaced. This remedy is the sole obligation of Power Manufacturing and fulfills all liability for any defective goods.

Exclusions

No credit will be issued for unauthorized rework or modifications on any products. We strongly advise contacting your local Power Manufacturing representative for specific warranty information on products that are not manufactured by Power Manufacturing but are offered by us.

Limitation of Liability

Power Manufacturing is not responsible for damage to goods, property, or persons resulting from improper installation or usage beyond the product’s designed capabilities.

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties

The warranty terms provided are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For further assistance or to initiate a warranty claim, please contact your local Power Manufacturing representative.
