Shipping Policy
Before we get into specifics, here’s our shipping approach:
- We aim to ship your order as fast as possible
- We prefer to underpromise and overdeliver
We use FedEx for most shipments, including freight. UPS may be used for Canadian or expedited shipments. The shipping method is determined by the carrier based on the service level selected and destination requirements.
Delivery Time
Delivery depends on two factors:

Availability
Each product page includes a note like “Usually ships in 2–3 days.” This estimate also appears in your cart.
Some items ship within 24 hours; others may take days or weeks, especially for custom orders. These are estimates, we often ship faster, but we don’t guarantee early shipping.

Shipping Method:
Delivery time will depend on the service level selected and how the carrier processes your order. Common delivery options include standard ground service, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight. Carrier cutoff times and business day calculations apply.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Calculating Shipping Costs
We don’t markup shipping fees.
For expedited or international shipments, your shipping cost will match the carrier’s rate.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
International Shipping
For international orders, email us at sales@power-mfg.com with:
- Your product list
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Your email for the invoice
Our customer service team will follow up to arrange the order and payment.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for items under warranty or for credit.
We do not accept returns for special orders or custom-made products.

Get a Return Authorization Number

Repack the Product
- Use the original or equivalent packaging
- Include a copy of the packing list
- Mark the returned items and quantity

Insure the Shipment
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Mark the Reason for Return:
- Wrong part number ordered
- Wrong part number shipped
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Duplicate shipment
- Other: ____________________

Choose One:
- Return for credit
- Product replacement
Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if accepted.
