Order Information

  • What is the status of my order?

    Please login into your account to see the status of your order or call 574-522-5755 and chat with one of our representative.

  • Where is my tracking information?

    You will receive a tracking email once your order is shipped. If you cannot find this information, you can call 574-522-5755 and chat with one of our representative.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • My items are damaged. How can I exchange?

    Please contact your sales representative about the damaged item(s). They will work on getting you the new item(s) to replace the damaged parts. If you do not have a sales representative, please use the contact us form.

  • My item doesn't fit. How can I exchange?

    Please contact your sales representative about the item(s) that do not fit. They will work on the process of exchanging the wrong fitted item(s) for the correct fitted item(s). The wrong fitted item(s) will need to be returned to Power MFG. You will need to get item(s) ready for return shipping. Once that is done, you will receive a return label to ship item(s) back. If you do not have a sales representative, please use the contact us form.

  • I received the wrong item. How do I get the correct item?

    Please contact your sales representative that you have received the wrong item(s). They will work on getting new item(s) sent out to you. The wrong item(s) will need to be returned to Power MFG. You will need to get item(s) ready for return shipping. Once that is done, you will receive a return label to ship item(s) back. If you do not have a sales representative, please use the contact us form.

  • How do I return my item?

    Please contact your sales representative know that you would like to return your item(s). They will need to know why you would like to return the item(s). They will then instruct you to get item(s) ready for shipping. Once all this is done, you will receive a return label for the return shipping. If you do not have a sales representative, please use the contact us form.
